Toolora was founded on the belief that utility tools should help you solve problems, not gather your data. We design every page to run as close to your local computer as possible, minimizing server interaction and maintaining extreme transparency about what metadata is tracked.
Zero-Exposure Computation Guarantee
We never host, store, or inspect the numbers, files, or strings you insert into our calculators. All translations and conversions happen locally.
Local Client-Side Processing
Here is how individual tool modules handle inputs inside your browser sandbox:
PDF Merge & Split
Your PDFs are processed entirely in the browser using WebAssembly. Files are never uploaded to any server.
GST Calculators
Tax and bill split inputs remain in local React component state, vanishing instantly upon reload.
JSON Formatter
Data parsing and syntax validation are performed locally. Your code blocks never transit the internet.
Information Collection
We collect minimal metadata to keep the service operational. This includes:
- Local Settings: We save your preferred theme mode (Light/Dark) in your browser's local storage.
- Calculation Histories: Calculation history logs are saved locally to speed up workspace workflow. These never transmit outside your device.
Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics to analyze platform traffic patterns and usage metrics.

Analytics cookies collect completely anonymous information, such as page views, button clicks, and visit duration. This aggregate data helps us determine which tools are trending and optimize performance. You can disable cookies at any time via your browser settings.
Future Authentication Policy
We plan to introduce optional user accounts in future updates. Under this forthcoming framework:
Authentication will be entirely opt-in. If you choose to sync calculation history lists across multiple devices, records will be encrypted and synced using secure database schemas. Guest profiles will still continue running entirely client-side without registration.
